The first exhibition event, "The Mystery of Kitaro Birth Gegege", which was released in November 2023 as a work commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of manga artist Shigeru Mizuki, will be held at Nagoya PARCO from December 28th (Sat) to January 2025.

This event is the first immersive exhibition event related to the movie, where you can enter the world view of the movie "The Mystery of Kitaro Birth Gegege" and enjoy the backside of production such as characters and art settings. While following the story, we plan to have a lot of contents such as multiple photo spots where you can take pictures as characters and reproduction exhibitions of art. In addition, if you purchase a ticket with an audio guide, you will be guided to the exhibition with a special voice limited to the venue "Kitaro's Father" (voice: Toshihiko Seki) and "Mizuki" (voice: Hidenobu Kiuchi).

 

The event visual was drawn by Toko Yatabe of the movie character design.

At the venue, we plan to sell a lot of goods commemorating the event, focusing on goods using event visuals.
