As part of the Sustainable Update initiative aimed at realizing a sustainable society, FABRIC TOKYO began selling new business wear using Banshu Ori, a textile produced in the Kita-Harima area of Hyogo Prefecture.

This time, based in Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, we collaborated with Toban Senko Co., Ltd., a textile manufacturer that has been producing Banshu weaving for 80 years to jointly develop an original Banshu weaving fabric. I created business wear such as casual setup.

We believe that the succession of local technologies is essential in the sustainability of FABRIC TOKYO. We will contribute to the return of profits to production areas through manufacturing, sales, and dissemination of information, and to increase awareness of Banshu Ori.
