Maison MIHARAYASUHIRO
Designer Yasuhiro Mihara was born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1972. My mother is a painter, and through her mother's genius education, she paints from an early age and grows up in an artistically blessed environment. My father is a researcher of chicken vaccine. Graduated from the Department of Textiles, Tama Art University.
In 1994, while studying at Tama Art University, he acquired knowledge about leather at the Nameshi (*) factory. Learn from craftsmen how to make wooden molds used when making shoes, and start making shoes on their own. In 1996, while studying at university, he started the original brand "Yasuhiro Mihara" with his own name, backed up by a manufacturer. After graduating in 1997, he actively collaborated with brands such as Keita Maruyama.
In 1998, he opened a only shop by Yasuhiro Mihara in Minamiaoyama. Started wear line from the 1999A/W collection. In 1999, he established "SOSU" Co., Ltd. and moved a new store to Omotesando. In 2000S/S, the Ladieswear collection was announced. Started the men's collection from 2000S/S.
