<Alan Dister Alain Dister>
Alain Dister, real name Alan Dusai (1941-2008), is a French journalist and photographer who has written many books on rock.
After moving to California in 1966 and participating in the rise of the hippie community, he returned to France in 1969 and became the co-founder of the magazine Rock&Folk.
His work as a photographer was exhibited at museums and galleries around the world.
It was the 1994 "Young Women in the City" exhibition that first introduced Dister's work at Anniesbe.
It was also exhibited at the "Dance & Music" exhibition held at La Fab in 2023.
He was involved not only in photography, but also in the production of radio shows and documentary films.
