At Zoff, we stopped handling some lenses due to system failures at partner lens manufacturers, but from April 11, 2024 (Thursday), all Zoff stores in Japan (including online stores) resumed handling all applicable lenses.


■Lens to resume handling
・Some progressive lenses (Standard type (for both medium and short) / high-Class type (for both perspective and near))
・Holding lens
・Smartphone assist lens

In addition, the lenses ordered from the manufacturer usually take about 2 weeks until handing over, and about 3 weeks. Thank you very much for your understanding and understanding.

In addition, Zoff accepts lens replacement for frames made by other companies for a fee.
※If we can check the frame at the store and determine that it is possible to insert the lens, we will respond at the lens price + another company frame processing fee of 8,800 yen. Lens replacement will not be accepted in the following cases.
