The body of the size that allows you to carry on board does not have parts like normal reinforcement at the four corners.
It has a cool look like "Aer" with a simple appearance but a "flat front" that attracts the eyes and a "4-lane rib" of the corner part.

The shell material used as the main body is made of polycarbonate from Covestro, a German chemical component manufacturer that has a reputation for its extremely high durability.

The "Aer" logo on the caster side is not printed on ready-made products, but has the uniformity of the design that engraves the original parts.

The caster itself was founded in Tokyo in 1932, and has earned a high reputation worldwide for its runnability, quietness, safety and durability.
Among them, "Carry-On" uses top grade with metal bearings.
The brake system that prevents inadvertent self-propelled suitcases also uses high-quality Hinomoto locks, and "Carry-On" is the world's first combination with metal bearings.

The carry bar is also made in a triangular shape so that it fits in your hand, and it is designed to obtain a higher grip power when driving compared to circular or square.
Since there is no step at the boundary between the bar and the grip part, the setup sleeve does not get caught in the grip part when putting in and out the bag.

The zipper is a YKK zipper that has been adopted for all models, but this time it is also a special point that we have made and adopted a double zipper slider with high security, specially ordered "Aer".

Codura nylon is also used for the liner (inner fabric), and the thick fabric enhances durability against wear and tear.
It also has hidden pockets for smart trackers (tracking detection function using GPS) such as "AirTag" used in recent models.

The phydrock (Fidlock®) mounted on DAY SLING etc. is used for the garment straps installed inside the rear torso side.

"Carry-On" is a type of 48L (WHITE,BLACK,OLIVE arrival) that can be brought on in American airplanes.
It is available in 2 sizes of 41L (produced only by BLACK) that can be brought in on domestic flights in Japan.
