In 1937, when I was hungry at a restaurant in Hollywood, I came up with the idea of taking out ingredients from the refrigerator in the kitchen.

It is a full-volume salad with boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, roast chicken, lettuce, avocado, corn, mushrooms, and macadamia nuts on top.
