"Swinging Tokyo" is a project in which Anna Sui, a designer familiar with art and music, sends a message to Tokyo today.

The second theme, after May 2019, is "Pop Mystic (POPTIMISTIC)".

It is a coined word that combines Pop (pop art) + Optimistic (optimistic hope), and is also the theme of the Anasui Fall / Winter 2019 collection.

Based on this concept, Masami Yanagida, a Japanese illustrator, formed a team.

It is popular with its cute and poisonous world view and message-like style.
