Since debuting as a kimono writer at the youngest age of 27, he has pursued kimono as a fashion that matches contemporary space. He has been frequently featured in the media such as TV and magazines, and is active as a leading Japanese kimono designer and textile artist. He advocates "evolution of tradition" and "lifestyle to enjoy harmony", and has demonstrated his talent in various fields, from the production of products and interiors. A regular member of the Tokyo Fashion Designer Council.
