Grand Seiko is made at Grand Seiko Studio Shizukuishi in Shizukuishi, Iwate Prefecture, and at Shinshu Takumi Kobo in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture.
"Shinshu no Takumi Kobo" is surrounded by the Mt. Hotaka Mountain Range, which has been covered with snow for several months every year, and SBGA211 uses a dial called "Snow White Pattern" reminiscent of the snow surface.
Similar to the model, it has an organic typing pattern.
In SBGA465, bright titanium is used for the case and bracelet. It is about 30% lighter than stainless steel, and has excellent scratch resistance and corrosion resistance. The second hand is also silver, so there is a sense of unity as a whole.
